When plants aren't getting the right nutrients they don't produce the appropriate enzymes, sugars, chemical to ward off pests like grasshoppers, rabbits, deer, aphids, mites, etc. So, pests then attack the plant because they think the plant is dying or vulnerable.
I think maybe one more watering with FishSh!t and some terpene enhancers and it should be fine.
