Ah, I know that feeling. When my parents were going through a divorce I tried to open up to my lawyer (I was a kid and the court hired a lawyer for me), but he didn't have time and referred me to a psychologist.

I didn't trust the psychologist to have my best interests at heart because I knew he could be subpoena'd. Thousands of dollars wasted while I clammed up. Another psychologist tried to get me to take some kind of medicine to calm down my nerves, which I didn't need. Another school psychologist talked behind my back to my parents about how he didn't know what I was capable of and how he thought I should be sent to a foster home. That's why I stopped trusting them, and this was before I knew about their blacklists or how they are required to report everything to LEA or the government.

It's too bad that we have to opt for unscientific therapists and their mystical voo-doo instead of psychologists who know science the best.
