Everything's been done by proxy, so nobody can know exactly who did, nor can they take blame since technically "they didn't do it". My guess for the end goal in all of this is that every single economy in the world tanks in comparison to China due to everything discussed in this thread, most important being cheap labor, cheap materials and cheap lives.
