Generally sounds ok. Makes me wonder how all this gonna make everyone's life more inconvenient. Like those "select your cookies" popups the last EU regulations forced onto websites.
I see article 5(a) becoming nuisance for some:

Finest example is Google, now for all their crap (email, maps, docs, drive, youtube, etc.) users have to sign in separately. Or let's just switch everything to "remember password" and automatic signing in, effectively making this regulation useless.
I think the real way out of this would be to raise user consciousness. People need to understand what they are doing, and they need information to decide what service to use and what not.
