Well gnosticism is a syncretic mix - as is Christianity to a lesser extent - of Zoroastrianism, then Platonism, Pythagoreanism and others - so the components of gnosticism are mostly not jewish. Constantinian Christianity is Judaism + Zoroastrianism + Imperial Cult-by proxy, but popular Christianity during that time was more syncretic like gnosticism.
I wouldn't call it bullshit in the sense that it's false, but the glue of these two cults is jewish, even if a lot of their components are not.
