Could xenophobia be a factot? He changed the heading to rant about Russian/American shills, etc, and complained about foreigners coming to post on Japanese politics and dirty up the board with regular threads (while claiming he doesn't mind foreigners coming to post, which I am starting to doubt.) But he might mean that it'll ne okay as long as they don't post new threads?
