When I moderate, these rules are followed. Those with a history of spamming that openly attention whore (ID) themselves so very easily are dealt with. No ifs, ands or buts "muh free speech" is allowed here. Spam is not. A history of spamming + attacking the BO is not. No spam. Not hard.
