Based on some research I have a theory that cloves, omega 3 (walnuts/salmon), cruciferous veg (broccoli/cabbage), methylsulfonylmethane (garlic/onions), magnesium, probiotics, B complex, and natural sedative (valerian/poppy), and filtered water & air are the foundation for unlocking autists' full potential
