I was able to move my vampire body fully to the astral through complex loophole abuse; because the vampire body is 2nd level enlightenment, it has both connection with the Earth and the higher planes. This is why vampires get stuck in limbo. It's the natural and most convenient way of repaying all karma in one lifetime. But it takes time. The final attachment to the Earth will only be broken when the planet ends and is reborn or destroyed, if idly following this path.
What I did doesn't seem to change anything, but it does on a technical level: I finished my cyborn body which I got from the tall greys, and because it's attached to my astral drow nature, it's very similar to vampirism. The main difference is that drow do not have physical bodies, they remain entirely on the astral. But a magitech body of this kind "counts as a golem" and is therefore an artifact, not a body. So drow can use this to manifest, if someone cared. The method of success was to "simply" pay the tall greys for astral reincarnation as cyborn, then analyse the vampire attachments and transfer them to the cyborn body, which then assumes the place of the surface layer, emulating the vampire layer. The vampire body can then be moved to the astral and in my case, the higher HQ I created earlier.
I still have things to do, so I'm not going anywhere yet, but I want control. This way, the method of remaining here is strictly technological, not mystical and unpredictable.
