What is not clear? Threre is NNTP protocol. Many years ago it was Usenet. Now it is ImageBoard. NNTPCHAN soft first. And not DIBOARD perfect designed for accpet large files with minimal system requrements. Security, quality of code and anonymity.
DIBOARD and NNTPCHAN both use NNTP protocol and fully compatible. NNTPCHAN use decentralized moderation. DIBOARD use trust groups and captcha protection.
