Daiso sells them for one euro. It's two water cheap balloons with a piece of adhesive tape on the back that you stick to your nipples. Then you squeeze the balloons tightly and there's a chemical reaction in the balloons as they quickly start hissing, become kind of cold and swell with CO2 gas to B or C cups. They're not very convincing.
