Ashley's cursed form, the Taiianecro Panther, is a fearless beast of the negative plane, infused with Ashley's level, essence, skills, and abilities, she will fiercely and selflessly defend those she is loyal to and mercilessly attack and kill those who act against them. Though she appears as a normal, yet purple hued, black panther, she has several odd differences upon closer inspection. She is able to reason as much as Ashley can, so she is not driven purely by instinct though Ashley’s experience of her is that both her memories and actions are ‘foggy’. Within the pupils of her eyes are whirring red glowing gears and mechanisms of impossible complexity. She can disengage and hide both as bonus actions. If near death, she will flee unless her bonded allies are in dire need. If she is knocked unconscious or killed, she will remain in this form.
At the end of an encounter she will seek out her clothes and other items and take them to a safe location and secure them, or if that’s not appropriate given other circumstances, she will attempt to give her items to one of her allies or carry them with her, up to 70 lbs, in her mouth until a safe location is reached. She will then leave for up to two hours to hunt if appropriate until her hunger is sated and bring back any kill she makes if there is any meat left. But she will take her fair share first. If the party moves on, she will seek them out and easily catch up given her speed, taking her with her equipment if necessary. She will attempt to sleep under a tarp, blanket, robe, or in a cover with her equipment. Upon one hour of sleep, she will transform back into Ashley’s human form and wake up. If there is any reason to stay in this form, she will at her own discretion. She cannot understand or communicate in any language while in this form.
