Yes!
Mind if I ask which state do you live in?
It feels quite far away between states.
Not like Taiwan that you can visit the whole island in several hours.
Btw, what’s your favorite food.

Fox lives in Texas, I live in Arizona, it would take roughly 15 hours to drive from where I am, to where he is.
Comparatively, Taipei to Hengchun is a mere 4 hours (according to Google).
I was blown away by the idea that twenty four million people live on your little island. A landmass 1/8th the size of my state, but with a population a little over three and a half times.

mmm, I'd have to say Pad Thai or something with shrimp.
What city do you live in and what's your favorite food?

Taiwan is surely not a big place, it’s a little too crowded for 24 million people. Not everyone can have a house with workshop, garage or even a swimming pool. My house only got small front yard and cannot park a car in it.
Houses in countryside or where the rich people live in are bigger. They’re just like communities of yours but with more floors(3~5 floors).
Most people can only afford apartments with the size of around 30 square meters or smaller.
I like how big your country is. It’s such admirable.
>>402
I live in Hsinchu city. The wind here is strong and people here nicknames it Fong Cheng(the windy city) or where TSMC is located in.
Recenty they setup a new factory in the USA. I wonder if there’s any news about this.
Thailand food is delicious. You can try “moon shrimp cake” if you had the chance. It’s crunchy and delicious! But I prefer foods like pizza, fries and burgers. People here can have them at KFC and Pizzahut.

It is an island, after all. I'm surprised as many people there have cars as they do.
Even here, with only 2 million people surrounding me now, I want to move out to the middle of the desert, and be alone.
>30sqr meters
The tiny apartments just like in my Japanese animes! Or New York. ...except I think those are even smaller than that.
Have you ever been to the U.S.?
>Recenty they setup a new factory in the USA. I wonder if there’s any news about this.
I actually live in the city where Fab 21 is being built, and I'm applying to work there. Just recently, a large group of people from my city came back from Taiwan, after being there for a year and a half for training at one of their fabs.
I keep trying to get Fox to send in his resume to come work there too, but he's being stubborn.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m usually with my family on weekends. Did you have a nice weekend? It’s getting cold in Taiwan. I wonder what’s the average temperature of summer and winter there. Every time it gets below 10 degrees celsius, I just want to stay in the blankets.

I’ve never been to the USA. In Taiwan, it costs money to get a place to park a car and it’s quite expensive. And yes, just like Japanese apartments but it seems there are more houses than Taiwan in Japan. A lot people here who are in the big cities live in apartments.

Have you known fox for a long time? It’s wonderful to have a friend surf the internet together. You and fox are the first foreigners who I tried to talk to. I usually browse the anonymous forums which is like endchan there.
Did you have a nice day? If you don’t mind, I can chat with you here.

That's fine! Browsing these threads, and Komica, I see that replies can take a while, and I'm okay with that.
I did have a nice weekend, and hope you did too.
Where I live the average summer temp is ~40c, but can get as high as 50. In the winter it's much nicer, at around 20c. In the summer I just try not to go outside.

Yeah, over the last week I actually learned that housing there, and in Hong Kong, is insanely expensive, and that parking can cost as much as a house itself sometimes.

I've known Fox since I think 2012, so a little over a decade. It's been a wild ride.
Over the years it's been a lot of fun to interact with people from all over the world on image boards like this. How long have you been on forums like this?
I did have a nice day, I went out with friends, and got a nice sun burn. How was yours?

Wow, 40~50 degrees celsius is hot. Please apply some sunscreen if needed and avoid exposure the burnt part to the sun, also drink more water and avoid taking the shower for too long. Hope you get better soon.
It costs the same price to get a smaller apartment than Taiwan. I used to live in my friends place in Hong Kong for a while. Hong Kong is not on the earthquake zone so the buildings are much higher than the buildings in Taiwan. And there could be 10~20 families while they only gets several square meters for each family.

About 10 years but just Komica. This place is founded because Komica’s Role play forum was downed. Some of them comes here to keep role playing. This could be interesting for them. I just like chatting with anime pictures attached.

Mostly on weekends I just play games with my family. Do you have any favorite anime character? Or favorite games recently.

It's a little warm yeah, but at least it's not humid. Yeah, I'll let it heal up right, thank you!
That's wild, it has been really interesting to learn how different housing is in other parts of the globe. Certainly we have small apartments, in high rise buildings here, but nothing quite like that, or to that degree. Do you often go back and forth from Hong Kong to Taiwan?

Ah I see, so we've both been visiting places like this almost as long. I was really confused to see Komica's 掛圖 and really didn't understand it, since I too just like chatting with anime pictures, and I thought that's what was going on, but it's kind of different.

Too hard to pick a favorite anime character, there's too many, and too many new ones all the time. If I had to say, my favorites recently have been Lyn Minmay and Misa Hayase from Macross, because I was watching the entire original series. Lately I've been playing Genshin Impact, and Escape From Tarkov; though I want to quit Tarkov, and go back to CyberPunk 2077.
How about you? You seem to really like Satono, but what are your favorite anime characters and video games?

Maybe you don't need to pick a favorite one, just pick up a anime character that you feel comfort.
You can change your character when you need to.

The Komica's 掛圖 has been existed for a long time, most of the 掛圖廚 live in 掛圖 and the 掛圖 is like home for them.
They'll say hello or ten o'clock even when there's nothing to talk about.
Some of the 掛圖廚 didn't live in Komica's 掛圖, and they have a different way of living in Komica.

I visit Hong Kong because of someone I met on Komica. That’s the first time I visit a foreign country. It could be the most crazy thing I’ve ever done. Although we do not talk to each other any more. Btw I’ve been to Hong Kong for 3 times.
It’s normal if you don’t understand. There has been only few people for a long time and they don’t talk too much. Only few role playing with repeated topics. I’m from the other sub forum called 綜合. I use anime pictures so much because I don’t have many friends. I surf the internet all the day. I want to bring warmth to people who I met on the internet so it feels like talking to anime characters and don’t let people feel alone. Or because I have naughty ideas like having hugs(with you<3)?
Macross is a little bit old. It surprises me. I wonder how you feel about mobile games. Does Genshin Impact make you pay a lot money on it? Cyberpunk anime is great! That’s one of the several animes I finished in one day. I bought the game cyberpunk 2077 but I’m still too lazy to play. I mostly play Black Desert Online and sometimes Euro Truck Simulator 2. It feels good to relax, drive and see through the landscape. In order to be recognized, I use Satono Diamond pictures to chat.

Macross is a bit old, but I was watching 80's and 90's scifi anime with another internet friend, and we were really enjoying them. Things like Akira, or... basically anything made by Otomo Katsuhiro. I'm still working my way through Macross to get up to some of the newer parts of the series. But I also watch more modern, even seasonal anime, like Bocchi, or Chainsaw Man.
>how you feel about mobile games
I've played a few, like FGO and Girls Frontline. I think I've spent $200 on Genshin, because I really wanted Ei, and ShenHe. I don't spend money on it anymore, though.
The Cyberpunk anime was really great! And the game is equally really, really fun. If I could live in Night City, I would. Black Desert Online is still popular I see, do you spend a lot of time in it?
Do you go by a certain name to be recognized, too? What may I call you?
I go by Spectre, but some just shorten it to Spec.

Good afternoon, Spec. I forgot that we got time differences between us. It should be midnight at your place. Have some rest and sweet dreams. I kinda miss you. hug
I visit her because we’re dating and we start to trust each other then. Or I’m not going to unfamiliar countries by myself. We stopped because we broke up. And that’s it.
I’ll browse those sub forums when I’m free. Also I could sharp my English skills. Sorry it takes long time to reply. My English skill is not good. I like little-sister-typed characters and yuri shipping and I like to collect pictures about that.
I wonder if you had watched Gundam anime. Gundam W was on the TV when I was a kid and I loved that.
Bocchi is cute. Because of that anime, I started to play my guitar which had been staying at the storage room for 10 years. I also bought new amp and guitar because my family want to learn it.

In Black Desert Online, besides of hunting, there’s a lot features about living like training horses and breed them, farming, and cooking… etc. I’m playing it like a slow easy game already. You could see that I play that game because I like to feel people moving around or have some contact with them. I’ll mostly be online if I’m home.

You could call me Uzuki. That’s the first anime character whose picture was used a lot by me before. She’s one of the Idol m@ster cinderella girls characters.

Do you spend a lot time with fox on the internet? After having contact with all the people around, do you have any thoughts or be impressed by?

Good evening Uzuki! The time difference between us is 15 hours, it's 22:30 where I am right now, but I will gladly take all your hugs before bed~
Aaahhh- a romantic relationship then. Sorry, hope you find someone again.
That's true, you could sharpen some English there, but even now it's quite impressive. Heh, while they might be named imouto and yuri, they are less focused on those topics, and more just chat rooms. Though, plenty of yuri and little sisters are posted on both.
I actually don't like Gundam, even though it aired regularly when I was younger too, and plenty of my friends like Gundam, or collect Gunpla.
Bocchi inspired another to play guitar again, AND teach, cute.

A game with a lot of comfy social interaction then. Seems like a lot of MMOs focus on that now.

I try not to spend too much of my time posting, or collecting images, but I end up doing so. It's just been a habit for so long now. But I enjoy talking to Fox, and others about anime, games, or life and politics; or just posting lewd anime girls (and sometimes boys). I'm impressed that what we do here seems to be universal. No matter what language or country, I've found that this kind of interaction is everywhere.

No need to apologize. It’s kinda romantic to talk to you. I’m happy that you don’t mind hugging. <3
It’s sunny here. I usually have curtains closed otherwise the computer screen reflexing the sunshine would make me uncomfortable. I only go out and get some sunshine when it’s needed. I’ll still be like this until I find a job.
Like you, I’m also not a big fan to gundam, I mentioned it because it’s on TV when I’m a kid. The animes I could think of are Cowboy behop, Evangelion, Future GPX Cyber Formula… etc. Have you watched any of them?
I think most people think “Bocchi is literally me”. Although the anime focused on social anxiety too much. But I think I’m a shy person. I don’t know what I learned guitar for at first place. I did not make many friends and neither get on the stage. I only played piano on stage when I’m studying in the elementary school.
I’m also too old to try to crossdress but sometimes I just wear them for fun.
For USA, there’s 4chan and for japan there’s 2ch. I think the most representative forum is Komica. But it’s not so famous now and the there are problems in the management because the website is down sometimes.
Have you met people like me who like use cute anime girl pictures and talking in the cute way? I often get offended on Komica. People think I’m ruining the characters.

It's just fun to talk to someone new, I'm sure.
What kind of job did you have previously?
I've seen Cowboy Bebop and Evangelion, but not Future GPX. Eureka 7, FLCL, Naruto, and Dragon Ball were really big when I was little, that's what most everyone knew.
>Bocchi is literally me
fr fr. The anime made it seem like shyness and anxiety were her only personality traits. Or at least, that's what it felt like. I never actually finished watching the show.
Why are there so many crossdressers from Taiwan on twitter, there's an insane amount. Long as they're having fun I suppose.
I can't remember the name of the Russian chan site, but it was very active last I heard of it, and I'm sure the same things go on there.
How can you ruin the characters? I guess seeing them posted along with something they don't like leaves a bad taste, but that will happen anywhere, from anyone.

Dear Spec, good morining! Hug first?
My previous job is the police, police in Taiwan could be way different in the USA. In Taiwan, human rights are concerned and a lot people don't like the job.

Any police-cititzen fight could be examed by the media and the society and it influents how the people see the government because the mayor gets to choose the chief police officer and no mayor wants to see his city gets on the news headlines for the bad news.
Recently there's a Taiwan youtuber got fight with the police and it got on the news. For now people usually make a complaint and the police gets punished.
The police cannot use guns just because of bare hand fights. Although they don't have criminal responsibility for causing injuries but the injuries' famity could ask for compensation.
It takes 3~5 years to go to court and it's quite mind-torturing.
For most people, fire when they gets in danger is a hard question.

>Bocchi
It's fine that you haven't finished it. It's a relaxing anime. There are a lot relaxing anime I haven't finished in the list.

>Crossdressing
I think it's because recently crossdressing characters are in the anime and a lot people get interested in it.
I tried it on 2019 and bought some cosplay costumes. Now I'm more into using anime girls pictures to chat to satisfy me.

What's your last job? I want to know you more too.

Good morning. *hug*
Is that why you stopped being a cop? Sounds quite stressful.
Police here in the U.S. are always under constant scrutiny for one problem, or another. I'm sure there's been global news about the outright riots it's caused in the U.S., and the BLM fiasco. But people often forget how big the U.S. is, and that each police department in each state, and even each city, can be managed very differently from the next. Though, it doesn't sound too dissimilar from what you described. There are a lot of lethal force incidents though, certainly more than Taiwan. Lately, the big news surrounding police here in the states isn't so much civil, or human rights abuses anymore, but the fact that the police here are increasingly using drones, and robotic equipment to carry out certain duties.

Hmm, could be. I can't really think of many crossdressing characters. But, I did have a really good laugh at the Chinese government specifically calling out characters like Venti from 原神 as "corrupting the youth" by being too effeminate.

My past jobs have been boring, I used to be a warehouse worker, for Amazon. Which is why I'm trying for more exciting things now, like TSMC. It's funny that you used to work for the police, most of my family was police, or security of some capacity.

It can be the reason I quit. I can't bare it. You can't tell some young people who are police by the look. Because for most people it's merely a job to keep them alive, not a dream job about a better world.
In Taiwan, to become a police, we need to take exam or get admission from the police academy before 25 years old and study for 2 years.
We got less soldiers. Basically anyone under the age 31 could volunteer but it seems no one wants.
I wonder if it's dangerous to go outside at night in your place? In Taiwan, I could go out any time, to walk and to get some food from 7-11 in the city. Even the downtown area.
But a lot Taiwanese complain about the security.
Bridget is quite cute.

You're likely to see some expensive machine in TSMC? I'm looking forward to see you sharing your thought about the job.

So not dissimilar from the problems here, either. Recruitment is low here for police, and military. And it gets worse every year.
It's not dangerous where I live, per say. In fact, it's probably still more dangerous that I run into a wild animal where I live, than a violent person.
However, my state does allow the carrying of concealed weapons, knives and guns, of which I have both.

Bridget is pretty cute! Though I've never played the game he's from.

We shall see. I'm hoping my interview went well, and they call me back.

On Taiwan streets, there were mostly stray dogs and cats but due to the development of cities, there are less stray animals now. And we don't see many stray animal in parts. In the countryside there are some cows and there are bears, hogs and some animals I don't know about on the mountains.

How are you going to plan your weekend? Yesterday I went to restaurant with my family to get some spaghetti and pizza. Can you accept the thing that there are pineapples on the pizza?
Btw what I like to chat are things about daily life. Sorry it might be a little boring

What did ya get on your pizza!?
It was really funny the few times I looked up Pizza Hut in China and Taiwan, the toppings weren't actually any different, or exciting, but some of the side dishes they offered were funny, but looked really good.
My favorite pizza toppings are pineapple, ham, black olives, and pepperoncini peppers!
This weekend I'm watching a ton of anime it seems, promised a friend I'd finish watching Macross.
Sunday I have shooting practice with a small shooting match league.

Black olives are the spirit of the pizza. I like the combination of cheese, tomato sauce and black olive. I've seem a lot strange favors of pizza in Taiwan. The most impressive one is the spicy hot pot pizza although it tastes not like pizza at all. feels like spicy beef slices with cheese and tomato.
Is it handgun shooting? I've not touched any gun since I quit the job. Taiwanese people can hardly experience the fun in shooting. Although I'm not a sharp shooter.
How do you compete shooting there? Is it limit-timed, range or having some type of target sheet?

Yus! I've seen spicy hot wings, or spicy beef be common toppings here. Or even just hot sauce on the cheese. Personally I really like spicy foods, so those are pretty great too. Do you like spicy?
Handgun and rifle. I have no idea what Taiwan's policy on firearms is, but I assume it's very restrictive. Though, isn't military service compulsory? And, weren't they trying to give a lot of people firearms training? Least, that's what we're told here, that something along those lines is happening for geopolitical reasons.
>is it timed, or some type of target sheet?
It's various drills, sometimes shooting at steel man shaped targets, sometimes shooting at paper.
The match I go to seems to have an obsession with hostage targets. Two man shaped steel or cardboard targets, one with the head over the shoulder of the other. I'm a bad shot, so I've shot the hostage rather than the correct target a couple times...
Others are speed drills shooting targets at varying distances. One at 10 meters, one at 25, one at 50. Or a plate rack, with seven plates that you have to shoot to knock down, quickly as you can.

I like it spicy!! Although I can't bare too spicy. I've seem some chinese food video and I found that they like a lot things spicy like spicy vegetable, noodle and even food with rice.
Taiwanese seldom do this.
Taiwanese government's current policy is that guns are banned for everyone but some gangsters import some guns which cannot fire bullets and modified them with firing ping and rifling to make it deadly and it's breaking the law.

Your training seems more interesting. Here the police basic training is that we shoot the target from 10~15 meters away. The target sheets are humanoid target or bullseye target. And shoot with reloading action and from standing to keeling or some simple move around to right/left side.
There was a chance for me to shoot the rifles but I quit before it. We only bring rifles to guard for some serious rummage. We're normally equipped with handguns with 24 rounds for male officer and 20 rounds for female officer.
I fired rifles when I'm serving in the army. With targets 175 meters away and only prone firing position. I wish I could try full-auto or burst firing but I couldn't or I get punished.

Good! You'll improve as long as you keep practice. You could practice with bb guns at courtyard. It's more convenient and quiet.

Japan seems to also be adverse to spicy things, or at least excessively spicy. It's funny to see other countries like American fast food so much, like burgers and pizza, when it feels like burgers and pizza are mocked so much. Don't you have a favorite Taiwan/Chinese dish too?
Kinda figures that's what the law would be. I wonder if the 3D printed firearms have started to show up there, too, like they are in Myanmar, and even here.

It's very fun, but it sadly proves how bad I am at it, and that I need way more practice. My brother can out shoot me easily, but he's had slightly more training, and actual police training too.
Prone and bench rifle shooting is still fun too. Why didn't they ever train you to use the full-auto or burst!? Seems like it might be important to know, just in case.
That's weird they issue less ammo to the female officers, why do they do that?

I like adding spice to the foods to get some stimulation. Besides spicy things are the way to go with beers.
Probably because I'm bored with Taiwanese food. And fast foods are most people's childhood memory so a lot people like fast food.
For Taiwanese food I like those common dishes. Mostly they're just some meat and sea food get fired or fried into dishes. Like the ones in the video. https://youtube.com/watch?v=h-9oOtnD4dM [Embed]

In my experience, I haven't seem any 3D printed guns. But if there is any, it can be the same process. In short is that we send it to the examination and see if it's deadly. (It fires bullets with over 20 joule kinetic energy.)

Keep going. I believe that you can do better than your brother. It seems like just the matter of experience. Besides you can ask your brother about some technique to enhance yourself?
On the rifles, The reason there's no auto and burst mode has something to do with the law. Taiwanese male are forced to serve the army and so the training and the culture could be closed compare to yours. (I think it has something to do with unfiltered human resource and that make it hard to manage.)

The military officers mostly focus on how it feels in the outside, so for people who did not volunteer the officers only arrange some easier training for them. And the volunteers get more professional training.
I don't know why female police officers get less rounds. I'll answer you when I know why.
Can I ask you for some hug? It makes my day.

Beer and spicy foods are definitely a good match. Do you have a favorite beer?
That would make sense, you eat your own culture's food all the time, so branching out is more fun. It's what I do, I try to make different foods from all over.
>first thing he orders is kung pao chicken
Damn, I was kinda hopin' for something I hadn't heard of yet. I've even cooked some of this myself.

20 joules is pretty low, that's almost bb gun territory.

Definitely! I just need to practice way more, run more drills. And he does, we help train each other where we can.
>I think it has something to do with the unfiltered human resources that make it hard to manage
Have you ever watched the Patlabor movies? One of them, specifically the second one, is actually a social commentary about this. How bureaucracy can ruin the structure and balance of military and police affairs.

I like corona with a slice of lemon, busch, bar and heineken. I haven't tasted a lot food from other countries but I like american food a lot. Kung Pao Chicken is fried chicken nugget with chili and peanuts. It's quite delicious and the smell of chili pepper is good.
I heard Patlabor before but I haven't watched it. I know it's a little old. I will watch it and share my thought but it takes time. It reminds me that there's an anime about the police called ハコヅメ〜交番女子の逆襲〜. How Japanese police officer work is quite similar to how Taiwanese police officer do since Taiwan was one of the colonies of Japan. And we basically copy their system of organization. You can take a look of it if you're interested but it's fine if you're not.
Yes I've been well!

Western beers, to pair with your Western fast food, I guess... Quite interesting, it continues to feel like there's some cultural opposite day going on. My favorites have been Asahi and Kirin Ichiban. I've also been able to find Tsingtao, and Taiwan Beer at the Asian shopping district here; but sadly both weren't very good, honestly. Corona and lime is also great, one of my other favorites is Modelo, especially their lime y sal chelada.
Mhmm, I've cooked some before. In fact I've kinda tried my hand at a lot of Chinese dishes before, from kung pao and sweet and sour chicken, to 红烧肉 and even 红烧魚 on New Years the last two years (my family was quite impressed with that one). I also want to try my hand at making 松鼠魚, if I can find the right fish for it sometime.
It's fine! If you do get the chance to watch it, I hope you enjoy it. It's really only 機動警察パトレイバー2 the Movie that covers the topic I mentioned. The other parts of the series are just more fun than commentary, so Patlabor 2 is my absolute favorite, and most recommended.
Maybe I'll give ハコヅメ〜交番女子の逆襲~ a watch, I heard of it, and saw previews.

Glad you're well! Hope video games and internet were fun. And no, I was only gone because timezones, and doing other things. I'm fairly hard to offend, so don't worry.

I don’t like fish so I can’t give any suggestion. Spec you’re awesome. You can make those dishes. Tofu dishes are also delicious. It can be fried, fired or make mapo tofu out of it.

I’ll finish Patlabor episode by episode. Starting from the TV series. I think the show is interesting and I’ve finished 2 episodes yesterday. Browsing Komica could be a habit to me. Actually people there are not quite friendly for role players.

What about other software? Eleanor Forte has a few talking videos. We might also get an English Voicevox... someday.

I also like songs that aren't in English or Japanese, even if the voicebank wasn't made for the language.
I played a little with Eleanor and she's easy enough to use, but don't have anything special I want to use her for. I wish more people would use her. I tried using UTAU for talk and that was a struggle. Using SynthV for talk is much easier.

School break there seems different there. Here our spring break ends after Chinese New Year.
I'm kinda busy these days. sorry. Me and my family went to see the doctor and I cleaned the house.

esterday Resident Evil 4 Remake was released and I watch my GF playing all the night. I like these games but I'm too scared to play and I don't want to play easy mode. Do you play Resident Evil games?
Currently I've only finished 2 episodes of Patlabor. I'll keep watching today. Normally I'm waiting for my GF to come home from work so I can't progress too much. Mostly I do a lot thing with her.
These days I spend my free time and draw something.(the attached picture, it's an old anime.) Drawing things is my habit. Do you want me to draw something for you if you don't mind? ❤️
Shouldn't you give me a hug? I'm kinda missing you. :3

Recently our government decides to refund the overpaid tax. Approximately 200 USD for one person. I'm thinking how to spend this. I'm considering a better headphone because I need to find out what the notes of the guitar part are played in the song more clearly in order to play it.

But that's not even in spring! That's just a New Year holiday!
That's fine, hope everything is okay, and that you've been enjoying.

A lot of friends and groups I'm in have been playing the new Resident Evil remake as well, they've always been obsessed with the series, yet it's one I've never personally played. Watched a let's play of one, though, kinda like you are now.

Have you tried Deepl? https://www.deepl.com/translator . It's easier for the reader to understand an untranslated text than it is for someone to write in a language they do not understand well. This is the reason I didn't try to say anything not in English. Try just writing in whatever language you want and let me figure it out.

I like this album, 憶香, a lot https://vocadb.net/Al/6614 . The descriptions for the songs with music videos are on bilibili videos, but the description for the whole album is on bandcamp. It makes it more difficult trying to understand it. I especially don't understand why the bandcamp description describes 洛天依 as "sesame paste."

DeepL sucks at English to Chinese for some reason.
Bing and Google get closer, but DeepL seems to really struggle with Chinese, and especially traditional over simplified.

It doesn't trouble. Talking to you makes me happy. You don't have to apologize. Give me a hug instead. I draw another Cloud Retainter. Please take it. ❤️
Do you know Akane? Seems you know a lot people here. Is this the first time you met me(Taiwanese)?

I listened to those western songs with my big sisters when I was a kid. Such as Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Sipce Girls, The Cardigans, Madonna and some songs with Grammy Awards. Probably songs you already hear during your days?
I like Linkin Park after then and several songs with the melodies I like no matter the language or some songs without voice which is suitable to be a lullaby. I like the songs you posted.

I haven't seem any QT in Taiwan. Convenient Stores here sell roasted potatoes and tea eggs. Some sell toasted sandwiches. It's kinda funny.
I only finished 10 episodes and Gotoh seems a good boss. Seeing him with many reckless underling feels tiring. Must be a lot trouble with them. Izumi Noa is cute. Feels like a junior who just graduated. It looks good so far and seems more realism and old anime.

I like coffee with some ice cream in it. It tastes good. You can try it. sometimes a cup of black coffee with ice cube in hot days.
This is my favorite western song and it comes with many versions. I like the Evangelion version the most.(https://youtu.be/w2xi6Qjv8mw)

You sure? Thank you for another amazing picture~! hug
Been well?
I do know Akane. It's not the first time I've seen the Taiwanese users here, but it's the first time I've interacted with any at great length.

Ah, the classic export of U.S. music and entertainment industry, figures. Yeah, all very popular, typical songs here too.
Sometimes it's more fun when you can't understand the language the song is sung in. Then it can be whatever you want, and just sounds good.

I've never had tea eggs, but they sound good. Convenience stores here sell pizza, and hot dogs. Sometimes egg rolls, and tacos.
Goto is used to dealing with his underlings though, he's got a fun way of handling them, and any situation tossed at him.
>Noa is cute
Genki robot girl is very cute! And yes, that's exactly what she is, a junior that just joined the force, and is super excited to be a police officer (and a robot pilot).

Coffee with ice cream, that's one I haven't tried yet.
>Fly Me To The Moon
That's interesting, that particular Sinatra song seems to be very popular in Asia I've noticed. You're not the first.
Reminds me, Final Fantasy used a cover by Sia for one of their games.

The collaborated with another favorite artist of mine to do a cover of Stand by Me, too.

Deepl was better for the lyrics of the album I mentioned, and you can click on the translation to get alternate ones when it doesn't make sense. The important thing is that machine translations are very good for text that is written to be easy to translate.

It is nice when DeepL generates an alternate translation, if it can.
I should just finally sit down and learn enough Kanji to stumble my way though a website.
