Clearly states on page 3:

"The application failed to disclose that the identities of Mr. Simpson's ultimate clients were the Clinton campaign and the DNC."

That is an important fact that is left out of the FISA affidavit which would have had a major impact on any judge's decision whether to approve 'Title I' surveillance.
