kennedi diet so we can all be skinny and dainty like her:
- max 1000 calories a day, ideally 800
- vegan only
- lots of herbal teas and supplements
- tiny portions
- rose flavored vegan desserts and red velvet
- cook and bake at home, no takeout
- no alcohol
- walk 10k steps a day

any other ideas for the ideal ken diet?
