As someone who's known a lot of junkies, I have NO idea why they didn't have narcan immediately on hand and clearly accessible. That's a no brainer. Every smart junkie that isn't on the streets does this by now, I'm not sure why they didn't. Too careless. Not saying it was deserved or anything, it's just frustrating someone had to die because of it.
