I recommend you call the phone number on the doc and ask them about the MEO case instead of filling up the thread with visceral schizo copium. If you're too shy for that, you can always e-mail them. This isn't a death certificate (issued by the BVS), but a cause of death report issued by the Coroner.

I asked for her cause of death under the RTK law back in April (that's why they certified it in april), and they produced the document for me pursuant to the RTK Law. I can give you the full e-mail convo if you like and you're free to check DKIM tags in the headers or whatnot to see if it's legitimate.
