Complaining that a victim is a bad person for not sufficiently condemning their abusers in public, knowing that the victim in question is trying to live as private of a life as possible now and has already endured years of unwanted harassment, is so transparently manipulative. You're hoping she reads it. You're hoping it does something. But you're just making yourself look and sound like a complete sociopath. It's not a victim's duty to prevent their abuser from abusing more people, that's on the abuser. And Sam hasn't tested his luck since Marky anyway.
Blaming people for not talking publicly in detail about their sexual assaults or abusive experiences that happened to them as teenagers is so stupid. I think you're just a voyeur.
