No shit, she hates white girls and always has because she's jealous. Old Pukara lore but she used to be friends with a white girl called Trick (underage discord thot who abused filters as much as puk) but she started calling her "old" and ugly after they had a falling out (around the time the weezy fall out happened, puk had called weezy a cheating pedro so I bet he was talking to trick too and it made her seethe) despite her only being a few months older. She made a tweet this year saying she wished she was white and had white parents because she thinks they'd be more lenient with her eating disorder which is just not true judging by all the white girls on edtwt who get forced into hospitals or straight up abandoned for doing less.
