The thing is she isn't even THAT ugly, it's just that she edits her pictures so much that seeing her real face is like a jumpscare and she looks so awful in comparison it makes her look uglier. And like the other anon said she dresses like a child still and her facial features and body shape are just not suited for kawaii fashion. Her candid face is too mature for those frilly baby clothes and she's so tall and shapeless that they look awkward and bad on her. She's more built for the tomboy look. The haircut she has isn't good for her face either but I'm starting to think she's hiding a bad hairline with those bangs judging by how obsessed she is with keeping them in one place and avoiding showing any forehead on stream.
