Honestly, it sounds like an excuse he uses to cover for his laziness and severe self esteem issues/failure to launch. Even downs syndrome people can get jobs so why can't he? I'm not saying he isn't severely mentally deficient but I honestly think his obvious psychiatric condishuns have more to do with abusing meth for a decade and being enabled by his parents than hitting his head.
