Communism can also be defined as the point in which the State wins over the conflict between Individual and State and becomes the sole private owner. Centralization of Capital, which is theory is the inverse of Communism, which should be the de-centralization of Capital. Centralizing all Capital into the entity which also has the highest authority in Society, is not good. The is why the right is typically associated with more freedoms and liberty, whether it's feudalism or Capitalism, the lack of centralization balances the conflict between State and Individual. The de-centralized hierarchies also create enough non central points of authority that the masses can utilize to counter the authority of the State, which would not be possible under an "egalitarian" society in which everyone is part of the mass beneath the authority of the State. The lack of hierarchy is also anti-individual, as it prevents any sort of differentiation between individuals and the exceptional amongst us can never elevate themselves, no Joan of Arc. Replacing the hierarchies from ones centered around Markets, into something less materialistic, would create a society which selects for exceptional/moral individuals for positions of authority without the need for "Democracy".
