Far be it from me to diagnose anyone but he was always pretty open to his closest ppl about his shit. Afaik he does have doctors but since he doesn't work he has the shittiest health insurance.

I truly think he wants those things like a wife and family, but the social problems from whatever disorders he does have paired with his lack of income are really going to keep that from happening. Until he gets a stable job or those gubmentgibs he's probably not getting a wife.
