It's really weird he has even applied for disability for mental health reasons when he isn't and hasn't been in therapy, it is probbly one of the major reasons he has been denied. You usually need a doctor to vouch for your disabilities and be actively seeking treatment but I'm not suprised he's even lazy when it comes to applying for welfare.
