I dont like bringing up painful shit about you. But it's obvious a lot of shit wrong with you rn stems from unresolved trauma. I can't be your therapist but i can try to make the idea of getting help less scary to you. Cus i know its scary. I know you've been keeping those demons at bay for a long time and you're afraid to confront them. But the only way we can grow and move forward as people is by doing exactly that.
