It's very off-putting and questionable that she witnessed her boyfriend (someone she was apparently planning on marrying and starting a family with) blow his head off in front of her and was partying in LA a month later. Beyond this her only posts about him since have been sympathy-bait to beg for money while lying about being homeless, it's not wrong to point how odd this is. Her being discussed here is a product of there being nothing left to say about Ken so people are going look into others in her orbit like they always have.
