I already know she's done messed up shit. That's what drugs does to people. I was an addict too. I understand her very well on this level. It doesn't excuse her bullshit, but addicts are sick. They're not themselves. No matter what front she puts up she knows the truth herself.

She's ashamed and she probably hates herself. But there's always a path to absolution. She should forgive herself, get clean, and come back to the states.
