Israel is a "Jewish State", not a Capitalist State. That means it is led by Jews as a collective and the collective interests of all Jews are placed above individual interest, while still retaining their individuality. They have socialized healthcare, unlike America. America is a Capitalist State, meaning it is dominated by the Capitalist Class and the interests of the Capitalist Class are placed above the interests of anyone else, including White Workers. There is a reason why the focus of the American left is to elevate anyone who is not a White Male into positions of power or wealth, as opposed to furthering the interests of the Working Class, as turning America into a Worker's State is an impossibility, so America's left went with Cultural Marxism.
