My theory is someone took her profile picture and edited a screenshot as a joke and now other people are doing the same thing, or that someone has one of her friend's added, saw an update in the feed by a friend interacting with her, and is now editing the feed, and since getting called out as fake this anon is even spoofing filenames to make it more believable.
