There needs to be some genuine ideas put forward on how to improve the White birthrate. It all mostly comes down to incentives, there used to be an incentive to have children in the past, they would take care of you/increase overall family income later in life which made them an investment. Nowadays having children is a negative investment as focusing on career is a better way to increase overall wealth throughout life, which children would reduce, so only women who are really romanticize the trad mother lifestyle are having children now. There needs to be incentives for White family formation + having children, preferably more children should come with more benefits. The 1950s functioned essentially because a woman's status was directly tied to the status of the man she married, which created the "tradwife", but now women have their own careers and elevate their own status so the "tradwife" is never coming back. In some ways maybe the public sector should prioritize on employing women and granting them benefits on the basis of having children, while the private sector should prioritize men, as men do not have to balance family/career and as such will be overall more productive and better for the private sector. Increasing the White birthrate is ultimately a pretty significant long-term investment so the state does have an incentive to find ways to boost it.
