I have a hard time believing that it would be anything else than pills because it takes insane strength of will to do anything else. Probably swallowed a bunch of them and they found her too late to pump it out of the body. I mean she has scars but bleeding to death is tough so I can't imagine that.

I feel so sorry for the family, really. I couldn't imagine finding my sister literally dead. I'd rope.
