Sadly it is common for people to recklessly and suddenly stop taking prescribed medicines on a whim and that may be the cause for many mental health issues.
For whoever wants to stop taking psychiatric pills and is genuinely ready to do so:
>as the body and brain chemistry have become accustomed to the substance, the ideal is to do a gradual decrease in dosage>it is best to work with the guidance of one's doctor (even if they don't agree, they will help one wean off until one can safely stop with the substance)
