I agree with you. Katie was sweet and a great companion. Personally, I don't care if people act a bit weird by showing their true selves. I'm like that too, but I'm really careful about who I show that side of myself to because I also get judged for it. I don't really care about the judgment myself, but in her case, I think she was highly self-conscious. It actually made me sad to scroll through some of her tweets about being left behind or people being mean. Those tweets were so genuine. It feels incredibly painful to think that she had to suffer like that.
