I don't defend any of that, but at least the latter two were unknown to anyone until sico left him in march. I still haven't seen evidence for him participating in any groups trading CP, as you seem to be implying.
I'm not defending rando at all, I'm saying the people that he was in a server with (including kay) didn't know about any of it (to the the extent any of it is true) until it was way too late to do anything. No one in kay's group even knew even went to england until she'd been there for months.

He'd have been kicked if it had been possible. He was admin in a server with no owner though (owner was banned), so no one had the power to kick him. Also sico didn't want to confront him about any of it.

He's no longer in any servers with kay, and they have no contact.
