I think everyone thought it was an 18 year old guy called aiden that had been kicked from the server for making an off color semi-crass joke towards kay, but in actuality it was probably another guy called rapecel (who was the one that ended up leaking the server log these screenshots are from). Regardless, the things they were saying were slanderous and it was a breach of trust, and some response could be justified. Personally, I don't agree with using threat of doxxing as a compliance tool, unless they do it to you first. And in retrospect it would've been a mistake if aiden turned out to be innocent.
That aside, you're really moving the goalposts with this example.

Let's make one thing clear: all anyone knew at that point was that kosaki bought stuff from girls' throne wishlists and sometimes got photosets in return. As far as anyone knew these photosets were never anything more than the typical cute SFW stuff that a lot of them do. Later on, there were examples of the type of stuff he would ask for, and it would just be a series of AI-generated images of a character in a variety of poses, mostly pretty tame. If there was any particular pose a girl wasn't comfortable with she could just say no to it and he wouldn't press her on it. The most damning thing I ever saw were the logs with sico, which were a year after these server logs. And again, after those came out he likely would've been kicked from the server if it had been possible or sico had wanted to confront him.
