For static photos it's easy to use FaceApp or Meitu to slap on a new look or light eyes, but for livestreams the fuckery is real with programs like DeepFaceLive running in OBS to swap eye color via AI in real-time, or Prism Live Studio and TikTok Live Studio which already come with those "beautify" filters built-in that map your face frame by frame without lag, so even if her PC pics are just static prints, the tech to fake blue eyes live has been a thing for a while.
