It's actually 14-16 in many areas of Europe and I've never heard of Europeans waiting until 18 to drink. You can get booze so easily all over the place. Smoking too. Americans are just retarded on lots of things. Same country that also allows driving at 14-16 and gun ownership. It's all upside down.
