I spend too much time online, obsessing over people I’ll never meet and treating every new obsession like it’s a personality trait. My browser history is a cry for help, my sleep schedule is a war crime, and apparently James Cameron releasing a movie is enough to make me lose whatever grip I had on reality.

I’ve got habits I need to confront, boundaries I need to learn, and a life I should probably start living offline. I’m not here to pretend I have it all figured out. I’m here because the first step is admitting there’s a problem.
