This is straight up bullshit. No one knew until at least august. Not even sico (who was talking to him every day by then). Rando was always very careful about revealing private information - it's no surprise he never told anyone.

Clearly not that public, because no one in kay's private server knew about it. There was no crossover that I know of between that bonbicon server and kay's private server that I know of, apart from sico. It did seem like she blogposted a lot more in there though, so it's quite possible they knew sooner.
