No doubt she's doing better than when she was a teenager but let's not pretend like she fully cured her severe OCD. All that changed is she hangs out with a lot of friends now and posts a lot of photos depicting average hangouts. The mental illness is probably just not as severe at this time in her life and she found a way to manage some symptoms for now. But it's hard to tell because she also seems to really want to convey having a picture perfect life so that orbiters will be proven wrong and lose interest
