Same reason that girls with daddy issues date loser bums who abuse them and get them on drugs.

Lack of positive authority in their life/trauma causing them to gravitate to what they're simply most familiar with, then they get knocked up, become a single mother, baby daddy runs away, she finds a new creepy bf who molests her kid, who grows up to have the same issues and the cycle continues until the bloodline finally ends in murder/human trafficking/ODs on drugs

But it doesn't have to be that way, plenty of people break the cycle, turn to Christ, change fate. It's a matter of discipline and faith. Too many of these girls haven't known anything else so they don't even know where to turn or if it's possible to escape.
