I think this is exactly why she even first privated and then "deleted" her twitter for like a week: the information revealed by her ex-boyfriend was so damning and degrading it became very hard for her to save face to her whole new orbiter community she had formed on twitter, so it was best to get away. Then she realized this:

But deep down she knows how depraved she is, how dirty her consciousness is with the things she did in bed and out of it, how much of a cheap whore in every aspect she reduced herself to, which scared her hard enough at first to gtfo the internet for a few days until it dawned on her that she could whisk the bad reputation away by commanding her followers to believe her, but her soul and body will remain as dirty as she made them and she knows this very well.
