Well I do agree strongly with that but not for the same reasons you do. Actually, its the complete opposite. I dont believe 18 are adults wither since their mind is not completely developed. The true adult age is 21 and thats why the age of consent should rise to that age (underage relationships should have a 2-3 year gap).
