This is something women do very very often. I call this phenomena "following the letter, not the spirit".
For example, "gamer girls" focus on the asthetic of gaming. The battlestation, the accessories, everything in overwhelming pink. Go to reddit.com/r/GirlGamers and see what I mean. First post I saw was a setup. Second post I saw was a bunch of pink pillows. (I bet if you scroll down you'll see them talk about misogyny, how men are bad, and how women are victims. It's not even a big guess, that's all they talk about.)
Women like the IDEA of doing something, but they dont like the idea of actually doing it.
Sorry to rant again but this kind of shit is so fucking stupid that I need to talk about it.
