Most likely she is dead, but there's always the chance this is an elaborate scheme to disappear from the internet. The longer this goes on the less of a chance that's happening. If she was hiding this out I feel her family would post less publicly about her.
How long can they keep people locked up in those rehabilitation centers? If she's alive that's where she'd be.
