That's exactly what that is supposed to mean. With it's cheap visual effects, high definition look and British actor, the video reminded me of doctor who. I actually like the idea of doctor who. I like some episodes. I don't like the show in general and no longer watch it. I don't care for Rose. Ashley is best girl.
