I got back to the church on Saturday night at about 11pm and found it was locked in. A friend drove me home.
At 6am I got Dad out of bed and told him what happened and he put his welding gear and bolt cutters etc in the car and we drove into the city.
His bolt cutters were too small for the chain on the gate, so he fired up the oxy and cut the gate supports off at ground level. The gates pancaked on the ground and I walked in and got in my car.
Are you dumb?
