Had a shift with a new agency yesterday. Extremely unprofessional agency and warehouse. Full of nigs, muslims and an Indian manager yelling at people. Just so demoralizing. No mention of a shift today or next week even though they wanted someone ongoing. Warehouse management system totally broken and half the pick locations had the wrong products in em. Still printing orders on paper despite the RF scanner. There must be so much to optimise in these businesses I often find it fascinating that they're somehow able to even profit.
