You've gotten me mixed up with a different neet.
The lat pulldown is preparation for pullups as I can only manage a few at the moment. I don't want squats in both workouts as it goes:
A: Mon, Thurs
B: Tues, Fri
With Wednesday and the weekend being rest/running days.
If I did squats in both I'd be squatting two days in a row.
Given I am currently doing 3x5 at 125kg that is too much squatting for me to deal with long term.
