You can do appeal the individuals ban, as the person who was banned didn't appeal a single (0) ban in recent weeks. He was pretty concerned about the bans though. Make of that what you will.
If you are happy to use the same server I am happy to have to lift a few of the bans if there are no further issues. Please provide a reasonable ban appeal and it will be considered.
